An energy survey can be executed for several reasons. It can be part of particular legislation requirements, but most of the time the company itself wants to reduce energy costs or wants to reduce the environmental effect on there energy consumption. The content and level of detail of the survey depends on what our clients ask for.

 

An energy survey always starts with an analysis of the production processes, the energy installations and the energy consumption. The energy consumption analysis and energy balance are the base for the determination of all possibilities for saving energy. For each energy saving option we calculate the energy savings, we give an investment cost estimate, and calculate the feasibility. We also give advises on how to save energy with “good housekeeping”, “energy management” and behaviour. In consultation with our client we compose an energy reduction plan.

Elk energieonderzoek begint met een analyse van de productieprocessen, de energieinstallaties en het energieverbruik. De energieconsumptie analyse en daaruit volgende energiebalans leveren de aanknopingspunten voor de inventarisatie van alle mogelijkheden voor energiebesparing. Voor elke besparingsoptie worden de energie-besparing, raming van de investeringskosten en de economische haalbaarheid gegeven. Ook wordt aandacht besteed aan zaken als “Good Housekeeping”, organisatieaspecten en gedrag. Vervolgens stelt De Kleijn Energy Consulting in overleg met de opdrachtgever een energiebesparingsplan (EBP) op.
